The Asia Schools British Parliamentary (ASBP) is an online British Parliamentary debate tournament organized by Intertext Education, open to students under 18 from around the world. The 2026 edition was held on May 16-17 via Zoom.
Format: British Parliamentary (BP) with teams of 2 students. No judge requirement — teams do not need to bring adjudicators.
Age categories:
- U-18 (ages 16-17)
- U-16 (ages 14-15)
- U-14 (ages 11-13)
Composite teams made up of students from different schools, as well as unaffiliated individual participants, are welcome to compete. The tournament is capped at 60 teams per edition.
Fees (2026): USD $14 early bird / $28 normal / $42 late registration (per person). Judges judge for free.
