About the Program

The UDC Capital Cup is an annual global entrepreneurship competition hosted by the University of the District of Columbia's School of Business and Public Administration, supported in part by the National Science Foundation. Open to high school students worldwide in teams of up to three.

Teams develop a new business or product/service concept with international market potential, then submit a YouTube video pitch (max 4 minutes) as their qualifying entry. The UDC Capital Cup Committee selects the top five teams to present in person at UDC in Washington, DC each August. Finalists are responsible for their own travel and visa arrangements.

Submit registration form and upload a 4-minute YouTube video pitch by the June deadline; top 5 teams advance to in-person finals in Washington, DC
