Calvin University pays $2,000 a year for visiting the campus as a secondary school student, and it lets international students qualify with a virtual visit.
That last part matters. Several American universities offer visit grants, and most require an applicant to physically travel there before applying, which costs an overseas student more than the grant returns. Calvin removes the travel entirely.
It renews for a total of five years and stacks with the academic bands and the out-of-state grant.
