Drake University
Drake University gives $3,000 a year to students from Hebei Province in China, awarded automatically with no application.
The requirement is narrower than nationality: the university asks for both residency in Hebei and attendance at a school, college or university there, so a student from elsewhere in China does not qualify.
It stacks with Drake's other awards, though the university caps combined international aid at 40 per cent of the total cost of attendance.
$3,000 a year, renewable with full-time enrolment of 12 credits a semester and satisfactory academic progress. It stacks with other Drake scholarships and grants. The university caps combined aid for international students at 40 per cent of the total cost of attendance through its international student grant, so no full ride exists there.
