About the Scholarship

Florida Institute of Technology adds $2,500 for this, and unusually it writes foreign nationals into the eligibility line itself rather than leaving it to a separate international page.

Eagle Scout and Gold Award are ranks of the American scouting organisations, so although the rule admits foreign nationals explicitly, few applicants outside the United States will hold them.

All five of the university's affiliation grants are $2,500 and stack with each other and with its other scholarships, so a student meeting two or three conditions can combine them. Note that its own International Scholarship, the one aimed squarely at international students, publishes no amount at all.
