The Presidential Scholarship covers full tuition and fees at Ithaca College for four years, and is the college's largest award.
International students are explicitly in scope: the college tells international citizens to submit its own financial aid application by the same 1 November deadline as the scholarship application.
It requires a separate application after the college application, replaces the standard Ithaca College Scholarship, and cannot be held alongside one of the college's scholar programmes.
