About the Scholarship

The Marist Scholarship is the college's second merit band, paying $10,000 to $20,000 a year automatically on acceptance.

As with its Presidential band, the college publishes no thresholds and recalculates grade averages from five core subjects.

Only one merit award is made to a student, and the college states it cannot provide full scholarships. Its international page names the merit category rather than this award, so the eligibility link is at category level.

What It Covers

  • Tuition

$10,000 to $20,000 a year. Renewable across four years on a cumulative grade average of at least 2.850, in autumn and spring terms only. No more than one merit scholarship is awarded to a student. The college states it is unable to provide full scholarships. Figures are effective from autumn 2026.

Eligibility

Entry as a first-year student on a grade average the college recalculates from five core subjects. Financial need is not required and no numeric threshold is published.

Eligible Countries

The college's international student financial services page states academic merit scholarships are available to students who have demonstrated superior academic performance throughout secondary school. That sentence heads the section containing this award rather than naming it, so the link is at category level.
