About the Scholarship

The Foundation Fellowship is the University of Georgia's premier scholarship, and it treats international scholars especially well: a $28,800 annual stipend plus a $19,040 tuition waiver, against $25,900 and the same waiver for out-of-state Americans.

Beyond the money it funds three spring-break travel study trips worth around $13,500, a summer at Oxford after the first year worth around $9,000, travel grants to $10,000 and research grants to $2,000.

A separate application through the honours college is required by 1 November. Scholars keep a 3.40 grade average, live in honours housing in the first year and graduate in four.
