About the Scholarship

CU Denver awards international undergraduates an automatic merit scholarship set by grade average: $5,000 a year at 3.0 to 3.29, $7,500 at 3.3 to 3.69, and $10,000 at 3.7 and above.

The award is applied to tuition and fees and does not extend to living expenses. First-year students can hold it for four years and transfers for two. Unlike the university's separate Additional Merit Scholarship, no ongoing grade requirement is published for this one. Only on-campus programmes qualify.
