The Schulze Innovation Scholarship pays full tuition for four years at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. The Schulze School of Entrepreneurship awards several each year, and it is tied to one major, Entrepreneurship.
St. Thomas lists it among the scholarships available to international students, and says international students with study visas are eligible for its merit awards. You apply as an incoming first-year student. A high school GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred, and the school looks for evidence that you have already built or run something.
The timeline is fixed. Indicate interest in the admission application, submit the scholarship application by 8 January 2027, then, if shortlisted, attend OCB Scholarship Day on campus on 27 February 2027. Awards are announced in March.
Budget for the rest. Tuition for international students is published at $56,856 a year, and housing, meals, fees, health insurance and books add roughly $21,000 on top, none of which this award touches. Accepting a competitive full-tuition award also cancels the merit scholarship in your original offer letter.
